Where for decades the famous E’ Divino welcomed the protagonists of Capri’s Dolce Vita, MHARE CAPRI will come to life in the summer of 2026. In a splendid “secret” Mediterranean garden, it offers delicacies from the land and sea with a cutting-edge nutritional approach.

An enchanted garden between the blue of the sea and the yellow of lemons
As soon as you enter MHARE Capri, you’re welcomed into an enchanted garden filled with the scents of citrus fruits and sea breezes. The project, curated by Spanish interior designer Manuel Redondo La Osa and the LADIOSA studio, reinterprets the traditional codes of Capri architecture with colors that celebrate the island itself: the cobalt blue of the deep sea, the pure white of Mediterranean vaults, and vibrant touches of lemon yellow.
The soul of the venue lies in the vision of Ferruccio De Lorenzo, a true Capri native for generations and a historic figure in the elite hotel scene, already renowned for the splendid Mezzatorre Hotel & Thermal Spa on Ischia. De Lorenzo’s signature touch is a true return to his family roots, infusing the project with a sophisticated yet profoundly authentic hospitality.
Contemporary Neapolitan cuisine
In the kitchen, a talented team of Neapolitans led by chef Andrea Costabile—with significant international experience—offers a menu that celebrates the extraordinary seasonality of Campania and the richness of the sea.
The iconic dishes balance tradition and innovation: unmissable are the raw seafood, Mediterranean panzanella, classic Nerano-style fusillone, creamy risotto with peppered mussels, and the freshest catch of the day.
The beneficial power of the sea in Vincenzo Di Donna’s project
MHARE Capri stands out in the high-end restaurant scene thanks to a pioneering nutritional approach developed by Marcello Sardo, CEO of the MHARE group (acronym for Mindful Health And REgeneration), together with the doctor, vascular surgeon and scientist Vincenzo Di Donna, based on the development of functional foods aimed at improving biological well-being.
The cornerstone of the project is the Acqua di Mare (sea water), one of the most beneficial substances found in nature, rich in iodine, potassium, magnesium, and other micro and trace elements. It is used in the kitchen and at the bar as an active ingredient, enriching foods and cocktails with rare trace elements capable of infusing new energy and supporting cellular function.
The MHARE project extends beyond the experience, transforming into a line of health & food products—such as, in addition to Sea Water, pasta and spirits—designed to accompany daily well-being and which are also available for purchase in the restaurant.
